A. Public Comments---No

B. The Minutes of the March 2,
2014 Meeting were approved.
C. The meeting was held in
the field while observing the installation of the eight inch Recycled Water
Line from the WRF to the residential fill station. The cause and effect of the recent sanitary
sewer overflow from an air relief valve on the Bethel Island force main was
discussed. Next steps of investigation
and planning the repairs to the force main were outlined. Future projects included; South Pond overflow
piping on main influent line, Gardenia Road gravity line and man hole repair,
Finishing Live Oak and Bridgehead repairs.
E. Next Meeting Agenda Items: The next meeting was set for December 1, 2015
at 1:00. Agenda items: 1. Recent and future collections projects. 2.
Consideration of Board action of adopting EBMUD lateral inspection
process as properties are transferred.
