IRONHOUSE SANITARY DISTRICT

March 12, 2013

The Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD) Board of Directors met in Special Session on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

The place of meeting was the Ironhouse Sanitary District Office at 450 Walnut Meadows Drive, Oakley, California.  The meeting was called to order by President Lauritzen at 3:04 p.m.

 1.      Call to Order  

Roll Call:

Members present:               David Contreras, David Huerta, Chris Lauritzen, Michael Painter, and Doug Scheer

Members absent:                none

Staff/Consultants present:     Tom Williams, General Manager

Jenny Skrel, District Engineer

Susan Walde, District Secretary

Fred Etzel, District Counsel

John Moore, District Counsel

Interested parties present:     None

                                     

At 3:06 p.m. the Board entered into Closed Session.

 2.      Closed Session – CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – LITIGATION, GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(d)(1) IRONHOUSE SANITARY DISTRICT V. CONTRA COSTA COUNTY.  CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT #CIVMSL 11-00418.

At 3:54 p.m. the Board reconvened from Closed Session to Open Session and President Lauritzen announced the Board directed District Counsel to take appropriate action.

3.       Adjournment

At 3:54 p.m., President Lauritzen adjourned the Meeting to go into a Special Workshop Session.
